Tom: As a general rule, I take criticism pretty well, except when it's said behind my back. Me, I like it when people tell me things to my face. I don't think I'm particularly sensitive, either. It takes a lot to irritate me. But Bill is an expert on that matter (laughs)! Since he knows all my weak points, he knows how to push where it hurts and make me lose my temper.
